Role & responsibilities

Strategic Business Partnering:

  • Serve as the lead HRBP for designated business units, acting as a strategic advisor and coach to senior leadership.
  • Translate business priorities into HR strategies and initiatives that drive results.
  • Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management efforts to support business growth and transformation.

People Leadership & Engagement:

  • Foster a high-performance culture through effective talent interventions and leadership enablement.
  • Partner with managers to identify and address employee concerns, drive engagement, and support retention strategies.
  • Champion DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) initiatives within the business unit.

Talent Development & Performance:

  • Oversee the implementation of performance management processes, including goal-setting, development planning, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with L&D teams to design and deliver leadership and functional capability programs.
  • Drive succession planning and career pathing for critical roles.

Recruitment & Campus Hiring (Added Advantage):

  • Partner with recruitment teams to fulfill key talent needs, including niche and volume hiring.
  • Support campus hiring initiatives, develop partnerships with target institutions, and contribute to building strong early talent programs.

Data & Compliance:

  • Use data and HR analytics to guide decision-making and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to internal HR policies and external labor laws.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years in HR, with significant experience leading HRBP initiatives in a mid-to-large organization.
  • Proven ability to build credibility and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of talent lifecycle, organizational design, and HR operations.
  • Prior exposure to campus hiring and employer branding activities is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
