Responsibilities:

1. Works directly with the aligned business senior leadership to conceptualize, guide, develop solutions, programs, policies, and HR strategies that closely supports organizational goals.
2. Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
3. Works in collaboration with the Training and Development team to identify training needs for business units.
4. Partners with the legal department as needed/required and ensuring regulatory compliance.
5. Organize and lead weekly or monthly meetings with team members.
6. Promotes employee well-being, culture, and diversity with various organizational initiatives.
7. Provide insights, recommendation feedback and ideas on development of people plan.
8. Play a strategic role in driving operational rigor by planning, implementing and monitoring key HR projects for the BU.
9. Recommend inclusive leadership practices and implement interventions to improve leadership performance and team performance.
10. Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues, fairly representing all interests.
11. Review and analyze business metrics including data on retention, attrition management and employee experience in order to recommend systematic improvements.
12. Responsible for effective execution of monthly/Quarterly programs.
13. Managing employees connect by regular one-on-one and skip level meetings.
14. Basic knowledge of compliance with employment laws and regulations.
15. Lead and support HR projects and initiatives.
16. Grievance handling.

Desired Candidates:

1. Bachelors degree or Masters degree
2. 8 plus years of relevant experience in HRBP role
3. Should have managed an employee span of over 600 employees.
4. Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
5. Excellent in verbal and written communication, interpersonal attention to detail and organizational skills.
6. Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organizations hierarchy, jobs, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
7. Experience of managing a team
8. Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, and policies.
9. Able to support the needs in a fast paced and growing organization.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
11. Proficient with MS Office.
12. High degree of integrity and resilience.
13. Ability to effectively lead and facilitate projects independently.
14. Confident, high on persuasiveness which helps drive closures.
15. Flair for engaging with people and developing relationships and ability to work in diverse environment.
16. Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize tasks and deliver quick results.
17. Proven ability to effectively coach employees and management through complex and difficult issues.
