We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Software Engineer.

  • In this role, you will:
  • It's an Individual Contributor role and requires collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor QlikSense applications and dashboards to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data loads, application failures, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Analyze and debug QlikSense scripts, data models, and visualizations to resolve issues.
  • Coordinate and execute application releases across multiple environments.
  • Define and enforce release management processes and best practices.
  • Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth deployments.
  • Manage release schedules, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Creation and maintenance of deployment scripts and automation tools.
  • Lead the resolution of production incidents and root cause analysis.
  • Coordinate with development teams to implement fixes and enhancements.
  • Maintain production support documentation, including runbooks and troubleshooting guides.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in QlikSense production support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of QlikSense architecture, including QMC, data connections, and security rules.
  • Proficiency in QlikSense scripting, data modeling, and visualization development.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools and techniques for QlikSense environments.
  • Strong experience in release management and deployment processes.
  • Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub, Deliverance).
  • Strong understanding on Postgres and SQL database.
  • Strong understanding of production support processes and ITIL frameworks.
  • Knowledge of incident management, problem management, and change management.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
