About the Opportunity:

We are hiring a Qualified Chartered Accountant to join the IPO Support Team of a well-established and reputed Chartered Accountancy firm. This role offers exposure to end-to-end IPO processes, financial due diligence, and regulatory compliance an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to build a career in capital markets and corporate advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in IPO preparation and execution, including financial statement restatements and audit readiness.
  • Support in preparation and review of prospectus/offer documents in compliance with SEBI and stock exchange requirements.
  • Coordinate with clients, merchant bankers, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities during the IPO process.
  • Perform financial analysis, peer benchmarking, and valuation support.
  • Assist in internal controls and process reviews as part of IPO readiness assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory frameworks (Ind AS, Companies Act, SEBI guidelines).

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, auditing, and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments and deliver within deadlines.
  • Prior exposure to IPO, due diligence, or audit engagements will be an added advantage.
