Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage financial reporting, auditing, compliance, and analysis for the organization. The role will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, regulatory adherence, and financial efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

● Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.

● Manage general ledger accounting, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes.

● Oversee statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other applicable laws.

● Handle internal audits, statutory audits, and coordinate with external auditors.

● Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

● Monitor cash flow, working capital, and expense management.

● Provide insights and recommendations for cost optimization and financial efficiency.

● Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of financial records.

● Support management in financial decision-making with reports and analysis.

● Stay updated with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications & Skills:

● Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

● 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in accounting/finance (fresh CAs may also apply).

● Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.

Required MIS

● Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, ERP systems, and financial software.

● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

● High attention to detail and organizational skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
