Role Overview:

As an Assistant Clinic Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic, delivering an excellent customer experience, and supporting the Clinic Manager in driving business growth. You'll manage staff, coordinate appointments, and maintain the highest standards of service and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day clinic operations and ensure seamless client experience.
  • Assist in team management — including veterinarians, groomers, and front desk staff.
  • Monitor appointment flow, billing accuracy, and inventory control.
  • Ensure all pet parents receive timely consultations and follow-up communication.
  • Support in achieving monthly revenue and membership targets.
  • Handle escalations and resolve client concerns effectively.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational standards within the clinic.
  • Generate and analyze daily/weekly reports for performance tracking.
  • Coordinate with central teams (marketing, HR, and supply chain) for smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or healthcare operations (pet industry experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment.
  • Male candidates should be open to night shifts.
  • Passion for pets and willingness to work in a pet-friendly environment.
