This role provides operational support for core enterprise platforms, ensuring accurate system access, data integrity, and

seamless resolution of daily issues. The roles primary emphasis will be on Salesforce user provisioning and management, along with handling operational tasks and troubleshooting across NetSuite, Concur, and Zuora.

  • Salesforce Admin certification is must

  • Working hours EST hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST)

Responsibilities

Salesforce Provisioning and User Access

Manage Salesforce user access by granting, and revoking permissions based on employee roles and titles.

Conduct and document user access reviews (UAR) for Salesforce, ensuring correct roles and maintaining least-privilege principles.

Assist users and business stakeholders in resolving Salesforce access issues.

Operational Support (NetSuite, Concur, Zuora)

Address questions and troubleshooting requests related to NetSuite processes, including release testing, audit controls, journal entry workflows, ACH and VCA

payments, headcount reporting, and integration points (ZIP upload, Solution 7, Customer SYNC between Zuora and NetSuite).

Troubleshoot Concur errors such as flight booking problems, expense submission failures, challenges related to user email changes impacting expense synchronization, banking status for payees, and guest bookings.

Configure and support batch processes in Concur.

Respond to operational needs in Zuora, including handling SCIM provisioning issues,

RevPro UAR processes, audit queries, and GoCardless workflows.

Compliance and Audit Support

Prepare and update documentation for periodic user access reviews.

Support audit and compliance inquiries across NetSuite, Zuora, Auditboard, and Salesforce environments.

Provide information regarding configuration changes and help uphold security protocols.

User Issue Resolution

Serve as the initial responder to user issues across all supported platforms, escalating complex matters as appropriate.

Qualifications

Experience supporting operational aspects of enterprise platforms including Salesforce, NetSuite, Concur, and Zuora.

Practical expertise in Salesforce user provisioning, role identification, and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with integrations and basic issue resolution workflows in business systems.

Background working with compliance and audit processes such as SOX, user access reviews (UAR), and audit reporting.

Strong communication skills for effective interaction with business stakeholders and end users.

Preferred Skills

Prior experience as a contractor or with third-party enterprise application support.

Knowledge of SCIM user provisioning, bank matching processes, and workflows for advanced expenses and revenue management.

Focus of the Role

Although operational support will span NetSuite, Concur, and Zuora, the central responsibility of this role is Salesforce provisioning and user management. The contractor will play an essential part in maintaining secure, efficient access for users, supporting audits, and enabling continuity in business operations when access needs change.
