Roles

  • Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage bar staff (bartenders, servers, barbacks), including scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Coordinate with the overall F&B Manager to align bar offerings with restaurant/hotel standards.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health & safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Monitor beverage stock levels and liaise with suppliers for timely procurement.
  • Drive revenue through promotions, upselling, and cost control measures.
  • Maintain high service standards and consistency in guest experience.

Responsibilities

  • Operational Management
  • Supervise bar setup, cleanliness, and readiness before service.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between the bar and service staff.
  • Handle guest complaints or issues effectively.
  • Financial & Inventory Control
  • Manage beverage cost, wastage, and breakage.
  • Control stock levels and oversee monthly inventory counts.
  • Prepare and analyze bar sales reports and budgets.
  • Staff Management
  • Recruit, train, and motivate bar team members.
  • Conduct regular briefings to update staff on promotions, menus, and service standards.
  • Foster teamwork and maintain staff discipline.
  • Guest Experience & Service Quality
  • Ensure prompt, courteous, and professional service at all times.
  • Create signature cocktails and seasonal drink menus.
  • Implement guest feedback to improve offerings.
  • Marketing & Promotions
  • Work with the marketing team to develop promotions and events (e.g., happy hours, theme nights).
  • Monitor competitor trends to keep the bar competitive and innovative.
  • Compliance & Safety
  • Adhere to food safety and liquor licensing laws.
  • Train staff in responsible alcohol service.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
