to join our team and ensure smooth, accurate, and customer-friendly billing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle billing and payment transactions efficiently using POS systems.
  • Manage cash, UPI, card payments, and other transaction modes with accuracy.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, and exchange bills as required.
  • Balance daily cash registers and prepare transaction reports.
  • Ensure accuracy in all financial dealings and minimize discrepancies.
  • Assist customers with billing-related queries politely and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all financial data.

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
  • Prior cashier experience in retail/jewellery industry is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills and basic computer knowledge (MS Office, POS software).
  • Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
  • Honest, reliable, and customer-service oriented.
  • Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and festive seasons.
  • Freshers with strong communication and basic math skills are encouraged to apply.
