Role Description

We are looking for a reliable and efficient
Cashier
for a full-time, on-site role in
Dubai, UAE
.

The Cashier will be responsible for handling customer transactions accurately, maintaining cash registers, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the point of sale.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them during checkout.
  • Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges as per company policy.
  • Maintain proper cash control procedures and balance the register at the end of each shift.
  • Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary materials.
  • Collaborate with sales and inventory teams to ensure smooth customer service operations.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve billing or payment issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support daily sales reporting and assist in basic administrative or clerical tasks when required.


What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification (Bachelor's preferred).
  • Prior experience as a Cashier, Sales Associate, or in a customer service role.
  • Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, billing software, and electronic payments.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays.
