Job Title: HR Intern People Experience & Employee Engagement

Location: Mumbai – Tardeo

Duration: 3–6 months Internship / Consultant

Department: Human Resources

About the Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern /consultant who is passionate about creating memorable employee experiences and driving a culture of connection, care, and celebration. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our people-first initiatives and help us make work more engaging, fun, and meaningful.

What You'll Do

  • Support the design and execution of employee engagement activities (events, contests, wellness initiatives, recognition programs).
  • Assist in building onboarding experiences that make new hires feel truly welcomed .
  • Partner with HR team to gather feedback and recommend ideas to enhance employee satisfaction.
  • Contribute to internal communications to keep employees informed, inspired, and connected.
  • Assist in organizing team bonding initiatives (celebrations, cultural events, learning sessions).
  • Track engagement metrics and prepare reports to measure impact and share insights.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing studies in HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields .
  • A natural people person who enjoys connecting with others.
  • Strong communication & organizational skills .
  • Creative mindset with a flair for planning events and initiatives.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace ; familiarity with Canva or similar tools is a plus.
