Responsibilities :

  • Source Candidates: Use job boards, social media, and networking to find qualified IT professionals.
  • Screen Resumes: Review applications and resumes to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conduct Interviews: Perform initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage Process: Guide candidates through the hiring process, from application to onboarding.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs.

Skills :

  • Good Communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT and technical recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and recruitment compliance.
