Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated
Human Resource Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, and compliance. You should have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks, and a passion for people management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding).
  • Handle employee life cycle management (joining, confirmation, exit formalities).
  • Develop and implement HR policies in alignment with company culture.
  • Oversee payroll, attendance, and leave management.
  • Conduct employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Labour Laws, etc.).
  • Assist in performance appraisal processes and training initiatives.
  • Provide support to management in HR strategy and workforce planning.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven HR experience.
  • Knowledge of HR software (HRMS) and MS Office.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with labour laws and statutory compliances.
