To oversee and streamline the entire sales operations process, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, marketing, service, logistics, and finance teams. The role is responsible for monitoring sales performance, improving operational efficiency, supporting the sales team, and driving overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Process Management
  • Ensure adherence to sales SOPs from lead generation to order closure.
  • Monitor order processing, installation timelines, and customer handover.
  • Ensure prompt follow-ups and conversion tracking.

Team Coordination & Performance Monitoring

  • Coordinate with BDEs, sales team.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and individual performance.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback/support to improve results.

Sales Support & Reporting

  • Ensure timely availability of marketing materials, demo kits, and product brochures.
  • Maintain and update lead management systems or sales trackers.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on sales figures, targets vs achievements, conversion ratios, etc.

Incentive & Target Programs

  • Design and communicate sales incentive schemes.
  • Track sales commissions and performance-based rewards.

Market Analysis & Feedback

  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences.
  • Provide insights to improve product positioning and field strategies.

Training & Development

  • Assist in onboarding and training of new BDEs.
  • Organize periodic product knowledge and soft skill training sessions for the sales team.

Customer Satisfaction Oversight

  • Ensure coordination between sales and service for smooth installations and after-sales service.
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction scores.

Qualification Required:

MBA Marketing/ Operations

6+ Years of Proven Experience as Sales Head
