Designation: Human Resources Manager.
Education: Minimum MBA- HR
Relevant Experience: 8 years in HR
We are looking for an HR learning and development professional to identify the training and
development needs of our company and create effective training programs that will stimulate
learning, fast-track our employees professional development, and improve their productivity.
Job Responsibilities:
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant project operations team with the underlying
KRA:
Identify training and development needs of all the departments within the company.
Work with department managers to develop training programs and ensure they deliver
results.
Track and assess the progress of trainees and provide reports to senior management.
Research the latest HR technologies and training software.
Answer employee questions and inquiries related to training and development programs
and resolve any training-related issues if they arise.
Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business
strategy
Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment processes through various job
portals.
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other
issues
Maintain a database (MIS) of all the employees' information and ensure they are up to date
and secure.
Promote and develop Employee Engagement programs to nurture a positive working
environment.
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the
organization.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high-performance
Maintain pay plan and benefit programs
Setting-up and conducting training need analysis;
Preparing the training plan and training calendar for specific period;
Coordinating training workshops;
Adhering to statutory compliances;
Keeping management updated with the latest statutory requirements relating to the
employment of staff.
Access training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Ensure legal compliance through human resource management.
Annual Remuneration: Maximum up to Rupees 9,00,000/- depending on last salary drawn &
relevant experience
