  • Coordinate with external vendors for equipment repairs, AMC services, and part replacements.
  • Prepare and update monthly maintenance reports, logs, and relevant documentation.
  • Monitor water, electricity, and other utilities consumption to support cost-saving and sustainability initiatives.
  • Work to reduce MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) through timely and effective maintenance interventions.
  • Maintain and monitor facility systems (FS) and plant utilities for smooth operations.
  • Lead and support Kaizen and continuous improvement activities within the department.
  • Record and analyse maintenance costs, machine breakdown data, and overall equipment performance to support decision-making.
