Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager, located in Vadodara. The Production Manager will oversee the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards. This role includes planning, coordinating, and managing production schedules, as well as supervising staff and maintaining equipment. Responsibilities also involve troubleshooting production issues, optimizing processes, and adhering to safety and compliance guidelines.
