About the Role

Step into a key role at the heart of our business, where you'll strengthen client relationships, streamline operations, and ensure seamless project flow across diverse teams. As a Project Management Intern, you will gain hands-on experience managing projects from conception to completion, developing essential sales, client servicing, and coordination skills.

You will work closely with our Business Development and Operations team, supporting in:

  • Client Communication: Participate in and lead client calls, manage follow-ups, and build lasting business relationships.
  • Pitch & Presentation Development: Contribute to the creation and refinement of compelling pitch decks, proposals, and project presentations.
  • Project Coordination: Align internal teams, monitor deadlines, resolve bottlenecks, and support smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage client relationships through meetings and timely follow-ups.
  • Join, lead, and independently handle client calls.
  • Assist in the design and preparation of proposals, pitch decks, and project presentations.
  • Co-ordinate across internal departments (HR, Finance, Design, Tech) to keep project objectives aligned.
  • Support project planning, documentation, and ensure prompt delivery.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues to keep projects running smoothly.
  • Help explore new business opportunities and contribute to lead generation initiatives.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle client interactions independently and professionally.
  • Skilled in preparing presentations (PowerPoint/Google Slides).
  • Highly organized, proactive, and solution-driven.
  • Comfortable collaborating across various departments.
