Position:

- Project in Charge

Qualification:

- B.E.Civil + computer knowledge + Project Mgnt course done would be preferred

Work Experience:

- Preferably 8-12 year of experience in a senior leadership position

Scope of Work:

- To manage the Project site & team efficiently with all the Planning, Monitoring,

Budgeting, Timely completion with quality & Safely.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Tender study & finalization of Subcontractors.
- Responsibilities would include the entire gamut of construction of high-end projects.
- Experience in costing, execution, budgeting, value engineering, planning and monitoring

of project independently and timely execution of projects.
- Responsible for Project scope, scheduling, organizing, Direct Project Resources,

Operational Issues and coordinate project staff.
- Define project tasks and resource requirements and manage project resource allocation.
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to the client & company.
- Submit periodical report on progress, problems and solutions and report to the

management.
- Implement and Manage project changes and Interventions to achieve project outputs.
- Prepare project status reports and update the development to the management.
- Discuss project quality, client and team satisfaction, and project success metrics during

regularly scheduled and ad hoc project review meetings with the managing director.
- Keep an accurate risk tracking document with an associated mitigation plan.
- Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business

solutions.
- Assures project legal documents are completed and signed.

**Skills**:

- Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective relationships and partnerships

with key stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a small team setting

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month

- AutoCAD: 6 years (preferred)
- Revit: 6 years (preferred)
- Staad Pro: 6 years (preferred)
