About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing In-Charge to oversee and manage nursing operations across departments. Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage nursing staff across all hospital departments.

Oversee patient care quality and ensure compliance with established standards and policies.

Develop, implement, and monitor nursing protocols, duty rosters, and shift schedules.

Conduct staff training, performance evaluations, and skill development sessions.

Ensure accurate maintenance of patient records and documentation.

Collaborate with medical, administrative, and support teams for smooth hospital operations.

Ensure adherence to infection control and safety guidelines.

Handle staffing issues, conflict resolution, and promote a positive work culture.
