
Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact for our clients. The role involves managing front desk operations, client appointments, billing, and ensuring smooth coordination with the salon team. This position requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts (morning, evening, weekends, and holidays).
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients with a positive and professional attitude.
- Handle client inquiries in person, over the phone, and via online platforms.
- Manage appointments, bookings, and cancellations efficiently using salon software (e.g., Zenoti or similar).
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Handle billing, invoicing, cash, UPI, and card transactions accurately.
- Promote ongoing offers, packages, and memberships to clients.
- Coordinate with hairstylists, beauticians, and salon managers for smooth operations.
- Maintain client records and feedback for better service experience.
- Address and resolve customer concerns politely and escalate issues if required.
- Follow company policies, grooming standards, and maintain punctuality.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in front desk/customer service, preferably in salon, spa, retail, or hospitality industry.
- Good communication skills in English and local language.
- Basic computer knowledge and experience with appointment management software.
- Presentable personality with excellent customer service attitude.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Shift Details:
- Rotational shifts (Morning/Evening) – 9 hours including breaks.
Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives
Require male candidate who can willing to do rotational shift from salon background
age 22 to 30
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
