Job Overview
We are seeking a fresher for the position of Field Sales Executive in the rubber industry, located in Secunderabad, Hyderabad. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for engaging potential clients and promoting our industry-leading products. This position demands a candidate who is eager to jumpstart their career in sales and work in a dynamic environment. Ready to start immediately.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in lead generation to identify and pursue potential sales opportunities (Mandatory skill).
- Strong customer relationship management skills to build and maintain enduring professional relationships (Mandatory skill).
- Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and contracts effectively and efficiently (Mandatory skill).
- Familiarity with Salesforce for managing client interactions and tracking sales activities.
- Experience with CRM software to organize and manage customer information.
- Understanding of territory management to optimize sales strategies within the assigned regions.
- Proficiency in using sales reporting tools to analyze and present sales data accurately.
- Competence in using mobile sales apps for real-time client interaction and sales processing.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify potential sales leads.
- Engage with potential customers through field visits and communicate Ameenji Rubber's value proposition effectively.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate terms and close sales contracts to meet specified targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to clients.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review and decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
