, you will play a key role in shaping the company's technology direction, product design, and engineering culture from the ground up.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate
IoT Engineer
with
2–3 years of experience
in embedded systems and IoT product development. You will design, develop, and deploy connected industrial systems using sensors, microcontrollers, and cloud technologies.
Frequent travel across India and long-term stays for product testing may be required.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test IoT devices and systems using microcontrollers (ESP32, STM32, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, etc.)
• Integrate various sensors, actuators, and communication modules (Wi-Fi, GSM, LoRa, BLE, Modbus, etc.)
• Develop embedded firmware using C/C++ or Python
• Work with IoT cloud platforms such as AWS IoT, Azure IoT, or ThingsBoard
• Collaborate with backend Web and mobile app teams for data integration
• Develop dashboards for real-time monitoring and analytics
• Conduct field testing, calibration, and performance validation (
  may involve long stays at client sites
  )
• Optimize for power efficiency, reliability, and scalability
• Prepare documentation, test reports, and maintenance guides

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or related fields
• 2 to 3 years of relevant IoT hardware and firmware experience
• Proficiency in C, C++, or Python for embedded systems
• Experience with IoT protocols (MQTT, HTTP, Modbus, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with PCB testing, circuit debugging, and sensor interfacing
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging abilities
• Familiarity with cloud-based IoT integrations

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior work experience in Industrial IoT
• Exposure to AI/ML integration or data analytics in IoT
• Experience with RESTful APIs and version control (Git)
• Understanding of IoT security and encryption standards

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary:
  ₹30,000 per month
• Accommodation:
  Provided
  for bachelors only
  (excluding food)
• Revision:
  Compensation will be revised periodically based on performance and growth
• ESOP Option:
  Eligible
  after performance evaluation and long-term commitment of 1.5 years

  vesting schedule starting from allocation
• Probation Period:
  1 year (confirmation based on performance)
