Position: Embedded Trainer (Internship + Job Offer)

We are looking for passionate engineers who love teaching, building, and experimenting with electronics and embedded systems. As an Embedded Trainer, you'll conduct real-time STEM training sessions for school students (Grades 6–9) and occasionally for college programs across Andhra Pradesh.

Responsibilities

Conduct training sessions, workshops, and practical sessions on Electronics, Embedded Systems, Robotics, and Drones.

Guide students in assembling circuits, soldering, and developing mini projects.

Prepare and deliver engaging training materials, presentations, and notes.

Mentor students in real-time innovation and competitions.

Travel to different schools across Andhra Pradesh (Rajahmundry, Vijayawada, Guntur, Tirupati, etc.).

Eligibility

Education: B.Tech/B.E. in ECE, EEE, CSE, Mechatronics, Robotics, or Instrumentation.

(Diploma in relevant fields also eligible)

Year of Passing: 2023 / 2024 / 2025

Experience: 0–3 years in Embedded Systems, Robotics, or IoT (Freshers welcome)

Technical Skills

Basic electronics and circuit theory

Soldering and prototyping

Arduino / Raspberry Pi / Microcontroller-based systems

C or C++ programming basics

Familiarity with sensors, actuators, and communication modules (Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, etc.)

Soft Skills

Strong communication and teamwork

Problem-solving mindset

Passion for teaching and technology

Willingness to travel and learn continuously

Internship Program (Pre-Employment Training)

Duration: 6 Months (Nov 2025 – May 2026)

Training Deposit: ₹18,000 (₹3,000/month, fully refundable)

Includes hands-on training in Electronics, Embedded Systems, Robotics, IoT, PCB Design & 3D Printing

Compensation & Career

Starting Salary: ₹20,000/month (₹2.4 LPA)

Performance-based Growth: up to ₹3.6 LPA

Internship Fee Refund: ₹18,000 refunded in instalments after joining

Travel Allowance: Provided for official school visits

Commitment Period: 2 Academic Years (2026–2028)
