Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Design Engineer specializing in Aluminum Formwork Systems, based in Pune. The Design Engineer will be responsible for designing efficient formwork systems, creating detailed design drawings, conducting structural calculations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting design challenges, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and supporting the implementation of formwork systems on projects.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar software
  • Strong skills in structural design, technical drawing interpretation, and calculations
  • Experience in construction formwork systems, specifically aluminum formwork systems
  • Knowledge of engineering principles and relevant industry standards
  • Effective teamwork, problem-solving, and communication abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field
  • Previous experience in formwork design is an advantage
