Role & responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end construction operations across all assigned projects.
  • Manage Project Heads, Engineers, site teams, and contractors for smooth execution.
  • Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestone plans, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure construction work follows approved drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
  • Supervise RCC works, Mivan formwork, blockwork/masonry, waterproofing, finishing & faade activities.
  • Conduct regular site inspections for progress, workmanship, safety compliance, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate closely with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, vendors, and statutory authorities.
  • Monitor project budgets, cost variations, and implement value engineering solutions.
  • Ensure timely procurement of materials (steel, cement, aluminium formwork, waterproofing materials).
  • Verify contractor bills, measurements, and documentation.
  • Drive adherence to safety protocols, quality benchmarks, and regulatory norms.
  • Identify project risks, delays, technical issues, and implement corrective measures.
  • Maintain accurate MIS reports, cycle-time analysis, quality reports, and dashboards.
  • Ensure all statutory approvals, documentation, and compliances are maintained.
  • Represent the project in management reviews and stakeholder meetings.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 20-25 years of experience in construction management with strong exposure to RCC, Mivan / Aluminium Formwork, and high-rise projects.
  • Minimum 5-7 years in a senior role such as GM / Project Head.
  • Proven experience managing multi-tower, high-rise floors) luxury projects.
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • RCC & structural engineering
  • Mivan formwork methodology
  • Concrete quality control & mix design
  • Waterproofing, finishing, faade works
  • MEP coordination
  • Safety protocols for high-rise construction
  • Ability to deliver projects within timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Deep understanding of luxury standards, premium finishes, and customer expectations.
  • Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
  • Preferred: Masters degree in Construction Management / Project Management / MBA.
  • Preferred: Experience with reputed developers in the premium/luxury segment.
