About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented Production Engineer with experience in the Formwork / Scaffolding / Construction Equipment Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and optimizing production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and monitor daily production activities to achieve targets
  • Ensure timely manufacturing of formwork components
  • Coordinate with design, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve production issues
  • Implement process improvements to enhance output and reduce downtime
  • Maintain production records, reports, and documentation
  • Monitor manpower allocation and ensure adherence to safety protocols
  • Oversee machine performance and preventive maintenance schedules
  • Ensure product quality as per drawings, standards, and customer requirements
  • Support new product development and prototype manufacturing
  • Manage raw material consumption and reduce wastage

Qualification & Experience

  • Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in Formwork, Scaffolding, Fabrication, or Heavy Engineering Manufacturing

Skills Required

  • Good knowledge of fabrication, welding, and material handling
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22, ₹30,000.00 per month
