Job Description : Senior Salesforce DeveloperAbout the Job :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. Location : Hyderabad (Onsite)Experience : 10 years of overall software development experience, with at least 5 years of dedicated Salesforce development experience.

Certifications : Minimum of 6 Salesforce certifications, with a strong preference for : Salesforce Certified Platform Developer ISalesforce Certified Platform Developer IISalesforce Certified Administrator (or Advanced Administrator) And at least three additional certifications in relevant areas such as Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, etc. Key Responsibilities : Solution Design and Development :

• Lead the technical design and development of custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning Aura Components.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Develop and maintain robust, well-documented, and testable code.
• Utilize Salesforce best practices and design patterns to ensure optimal performance and maintainability.

Integration and Optimization :

• Design and implement seamless integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using REST and SOAP APIs, as well as middleware technologies.
• Optimize existing Salesforce implementations to improve performance, scalability, and user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce and integrations.

Technical Leadership and Mentorship :

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior Salesforce developers, fostering their growth and development.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal development standards and processes.
• Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce features, releases, and best practices, and share knowledge with the team.

Collaboration and Communication :

• Work closely and collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Product Owners, and QA engineers, to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Participate actively in sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Project Delivery and Ownership :

• Take ownership of assigned development tasks and ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Contribute to project planning and estimation efforts.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and challenges.
• Ensure proper documentation of all development efforts.

Requirements : Extensive Experience : 10 years of overall experience in software development, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience developing and implementing Salesforce solutions. Deep Salesforce Expertise : Proven expertise in Salesforce development tools and technologies, including :

• Apex (Classes, Triggers, Batch Jobs, Schedulers)
• Visualforce
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Lightning Aura Components
• SOQL and SOSL
• Salesforce Declarative Development (Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flow, Validation Rules)Salesforce Certifications : Minimum of 6 Salesforce certifications, including Platform Developer

I & II, and Administrator (or Advanced Administrator). Additional certifications in relevant areas are highly preferred. Integration Proficiency : Solid understanding and experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs. Familiarity with integration patterns and best practices. Strong Communication and Leadership Skills :

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts effectively.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical challenges. Agile Methodologies : Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). Version Control : Experience with version control systems, preferably Git. Testing : Experience with unit testing and integration testing within the Salesforce platform. Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with Salesforce DX (Developer Experience) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce clouds.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks beyond Lightning (e.g., React, Angular).
• Knowledge of security best practices in Salesforce development.
• Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
