Roothoot - Salesforce Developer - Apex/LWC

Job Summary :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Developer with 8-10 years of hands-on experience and a strong portfolio of 8 Salesforce certifications. This role demands a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its development, customization, integration capabilities, and best practices. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust and scalable Salesforce solutions that align with our business objectives.

You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions. This role also involves providing technical leadership, ensuring code quality, optimizing performance, and staying abreast of the latest Salesforce advancements. Key Responsibilities :

• Solution Design and Development : Design, develop, and implement comprehensive Salesforce solutions utilizing a wide range of Salesforce tools and technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.
• Requirements Gathering and Analysis : Collaborate effectively with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and propose optimal Salesforce solutions.
• Custom Application Development : Develop and maintain custom applications, objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, and page layouts to meet specific business needs.
• Integration Development : Design, develop, and implement seamless integrations between Salesforce and other internal and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, as well as other integration tools and techniques.
• Automation and Optimization : Develop and implement automation scripts and processes to streamline business workflows, improve efficiency, and reduce manual effort.

Optimize Salesforce performance, security, and scalability to ensure a robust and efficient platform.

• CI/CD Implementation and Maintenance : Implement and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to automate the deployment process, ensuring efficient and reliable releases.
• Code Review and Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and performance optimization.

Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to deliver high-quality, bug-free solutions.

• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution : Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues within the Salesforce environment, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Technical Leadership and Mentorship : Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
• Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for developed solutions, including design specifications, implementation details, and test plans.
• Continuous Learning : Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, trends, and releases, proactively identifying opportunities to leverage new technologies and enhance our Salesforce platform.
• Agile Participation : Actively participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Experience : Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization.
• Salesforce Certifications : Possess a minimum of 8 relevant Salesforce certifications, including but not limited to :1.

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I2. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II3. Salesforce Certified Administrator4. Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator 5. Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant6. Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant7. Salesforce Certified App Builder 8. Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist (or other relevant specialist certifications)

• Development Skills : Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Integration Expertise : Proven experience in designing and implementing integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, as well as understanding of integration patterns and best practices.
• Salesforce Fundamentals : Deep understanding of Salesforce security models, governor limits, data structures, and best practices for development and administration.
• CI/CD and Version Control : Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git (e.g, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
• Familiarity with deployment tools such as Gearset or Copado )
