Job Opportunity

Our esteemed client, a leading service-based IT organization, is seeking a skilled Developer to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Salesforce Service Cloud development and a strong background in creating custom user interfaces with Visual Force.

The selected professional will be responsible for developing business logic in Apex, writing test classes, and configuring standard Salesforce configurations. Additionally, they should have expertise in Salesofrce.com standard functionality and features (Sales, Services, and Marketing), Apex Programming, and Force.com Capabilities.

The perfect candidate will have great exposure to general CRM functionalities and be well-versed in data migration, web services, and integration activities. They should also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing custom user interfaces with Visual Force
  • Creating business logic in Apex
  • Configuring standard Salesforce configurations
  • Developing custom applications using Salesforce.com features
  • Ensuring seamless integration with existing systems
  • Maintaining high levels of data quality and integrity

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of IT experience
  • 3+ years of Salesforce Service Cloud Development experience
  • Expertise in Salesofrce.com standard functionality and features (Sales, Services, and Marketing)
  • Apex Programming and Force.com Capabilities
  • General CRM functionalities
