Role: Client Advisor – Customer Experience
Function: Luxury Sales
Location: Delhi NCR
Reporting to: National Sales Manager – Zoya
Key Responsibilities
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with HNI/UHNI clients, ensuring an exceptional and personalized luxury experience.
- Engage clients with storytelling, brand heritage, and product knowledge to create an emotional connection with Zoya.
- Provide end-to-end client servicing – from first interaction to purchase, after-sales, and exclusive client events.
- Maintain a client book with detailed preferences (occasions, buying history, lifestyle needs) to design customized engagements.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive networking, referrals, and repeat customer engagement.
- Partner with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to execute luxury events, exhibitions, and activations.
- Represent Zoya as a brand ambassador, ensuring the boutique delivers world-class service and customer delight.
What We're Looking For
Education & Experience
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 5–8 years of experience in luxury retail, premium hospitality, lifestyle, or real estate.
- Strong background in HNI client handling, luxury sales, or guest relations.
Skills & Attributes
- Exceptional communication & presentation skills with fluency in English (knowledge of a foreign language is a plus).
- Deep customer centricity – ability to understand HNI lifestyle, tastes, and aspirations.
- Strong interpersonal skills, confidence, and ability to influence clients at the luxury segment.
- High sense of personal grooming, etiquette, and brand representation.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about luxury experiences.
