We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Associate - Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a design generalist who can work across digital, product, and marketing projects, with hands-on expertise in AI-based design tools. If you have a strong eye for aesthetics, enjoy experimenting with new tools, and can translate ideas into impactful visuals, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and design marketing assets such as ebooks, whitepapers, presentations, infographics, and social media creatives.
  • Create compelling UI/UX designs, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma for product and web projects.
  • Leverage AI design tools to accelerate creative workflows and enhance design output.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables while ensuring design quality and originality.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, tech) to translate requirements into visual assets.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design, UI/UX, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway, Sora or similar).
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
Nice To Have:
  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and print collaterals
  • Knowledge of web design basics (HTML/CSS)
  • Prior experience in tech/startup environments
