About the Role:

We're seeking a Graphic & Motion Designer to lead the creation of cohesive, impactful visuals across both online and offline touchpoints. The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller who can design across formats — digital campaigns, website assets, packaging, and marketing collateral — while bringing brand stories to life through motion and video.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop brand creatives across digital (social media, website, emailers, ads) and offline (packaging, print, event) platforms.
  • Edit and produce short-form videos and motion graphics aligned with brand campaigns.
  • Translate creative briefs into compelling, on-brand visuals that elevate the Loopie identity.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure visual consistency across channels.
  • Stay updated on design trends, ensuring Loopie's look remains fresh, premium, and relevant.

  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Canva
  • Figma

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in graphic design and motion design (preferably in a D2C, lifestyle, or baby care brand).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work — digital, print, and motion.
  • Proficiency in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • A strong sense of aesthetics with the ability to interpret brand tone visually.

Good to Have:

  • Familiarity with packaging design and print processes.
  • Interest in photography, styling, or creative direction.
  • Understanding of digital marketing formats and user experience principles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400, ₹600,000.00 per year
