About the Role

We're looking for a
Lead Motion Graphic Designer
who can bring stories to life through bold, expressive, and high-impact motion.

Swiggy, CRED, and Blinkit
, and you know how to blend
2D + 3D animation
to craft brand magic, we'd love to meet you.

You'll lead the motion design direction for our brand, creating animations that engage, inform, and inspire across digital, product, and marketing touchpoints.

Required Skills & Tools

  • Expert in:
    Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D / Blender, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop.
  • Strong understanding of
    animation principles, typography in motion, and visual composition
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering pipelines
    .
  • Familiarity with plugins like
    Red Giant, Trapcode, Element 3D
    , or
    Octane Render
    .
  • Strong storytelling instincts with a knack for crafting
    emotionally resonant narratives
    through movement.
  • Understanding of
    motion for product UI and micro-interactions
    (Lottie, Rive, or Figma motion prototyping).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and
    direct visual style consistency
    across campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead concept-to-delivery
    of motion graphic projects, from brainstorming and storyboarding to final render and post-production.
  • Define and uphold the
    motion language and animation principles
    across campaigns, UI interactions, and digital assets.
  • Create compelling
    2D and 3D motion assets
    , including brand films, explainer videos, launch animations, and micro-interactions.
  • Collaborate closely with
    product designers, marketers, and creative leads
    to align motion with narrative and brand tone.
  • Experiment with
    cinematic transitions, camera moves, physics, and lighting
    to add depth and realism.
  • Mentor junior motion designers, ensuring quality, consistency, and experimentation within the team.
  • Stay ahead of
    motion trends, AI-assisted workflows, and generative design tools
    to continuously push creative boundaries.
