Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to join our

creative team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a keen eye for detail,

along with a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. This role

will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing creative graphic designs for a variety of

projects across digital and print media.

Responsibilities:

 Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop design concepts.

 Create compelling and visually appealing graphics that align with brand guidelines.

 Design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and digital

advertisements.

 Develop layouts and production designs for websites, social media, and other digital

platforms.

 Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

 Amend designs based on feedback and make revisions as necessary.

 Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital

media.

Requirements:

 Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent work experience).

 Must have experience of 5-8 years.

 Must have experience in AI Tools. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar

role.

 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Filmora

etc.).

 Strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective graphic design solutions.

 Excellent communication and time management skills.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

 Experience with motion graphics and video editing software.

 Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.

 Experience in creating illustrations or infographics.

 Understanding of UX/UI design principles.
