Job Description

We are looking for a Technical CRM Consultant with 2+ years of experience and strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and related technologies. You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end CRM solutions, ensuring high-quality implementations, and driving customer success.

In this role, you will play a key role in:
  • Driving technical design and development for D365 CRM implementations.
  • Customizing and configuring D365 solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Managing integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
  • Resolving complex technical issues and providing support for upgrades and migrations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams in agile environments to deliver projects on time.
  • Designing and developing Microsoft Power Platform solutions (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agent, Power BI).
Your Profile
  • Extensive hands-on experience with D365 product and multiple implementations.
  • Worked on different CRM/XRM versions and completed at least 2–3 full project life cycles.
  • Expertise in HTML5, CSS, SOAP, REST, AngularJS, JavaScript.
  • Experience in agile deliveries and working under tight timelines.
  • Exposure to on-premise and cloud deployments, support, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Strong experience in D365 customization and configuration.
  • Customer-facing with excellent analytical and communication skills.
