Job Summary:

People Inc. is looking for an Analyst with hands on experience in any data driven roles. Candidate will help the business to take key decisions based on integrated analytics involving different datasets. He / She should have a solid ability to understand data and identify significant trends and discrepancies.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Helping business to take key decisions based on integrated analytics involving different datasets
  • Creating dashboards which helps in performing effective analysis and generating key insights
  • Gather enough business acumen to understand business objectives & dynamics. Proactively identify collaborative opportunities with other teams in CMR
  • Regularly communicate with members of the US teams to gather business context and provide updates
  • Strong written and verbal communication is essential to collaborate with global teams
  • Keen attention to detail and aptitude in quality checking deliverables for consistent accuracy
  • Solid ability to understand data and identify significant trends and discrepancies
  • Demonstrated initiative and proven multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to work with strict deadlines and tight turnarounds
  • Quick learner and able to adapt to a changing environment
  • Strong work ethic and a personal commitment to high-quality deliverables
  • Help identify and implement process improvements as needed.

Skills: Essential

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in data driven roles.
  • Proficient in Excel Ability to build interactive, user-friendly dashboards. VBA Macro skills is Plus. Good knowledge in other MS Office Products
  • Proficient in Communication Both Verbal & Written
  • Proficient in performing quantitative analysis
  • Ideal candidate will be data-oriented, ultra-responsive, and demonstrate passion for data analysis in a robust, complex digital data environment

Skills: Good to Have

  • Good presentation/storytelling skills
  • Knowledge in BI Tools like Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio etc.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL
  • Understanding of AI tools
  • Knowledge of the publishing industry and subscription-based business models
