Title: Order Processing Specialist (Female Preferred)

Location: kesar chauraha Rampura road Sanganer

Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹18,000 (based on performance)

We are seeking a dedicated Order Processing Specialist to join our team at Gujari Jaipur This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to become an integral part of our e-commerce operation.

Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently through our e-commerce platforms.

  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status, shipping updates, and any inquiries they may have.

  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.

  • Maintain detailed records of all orders and transactions.

  • Assist in inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment and cycle counting.

  • Work closely with the customer service team to resolve any order-related issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in order processing or related roles is preferred but not required.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office and e-commerce platforms.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

  • Female candidates are preferred for this position.
