Role & responsibilities
Effective handling of Human Resource, Personnel & Administrative activities at Group level.
To analyze the Manpower requirement of Site / H.O. / Marketing at a Group Level and take approval from the Management on manpower Planning & Budgeting and implement the same
Monitoring and ensuring recruitment within maximum 30 days of requisition.
Finalizing HR Calendar with activities for Site & Corporate Office and ensuring its timely implementation.
Ensure proper new joinee induction.
To identify training & development needs of employees through multiple sources including review of performance appraisal forms and discussion with function heads. Work on training calendar along with budget for Site, Marketing & HO employee, finalizing training topic, identify proper trainer, ensure timely imparting of training & measure the post effectiveness of training within one month of its completion & maintain training records with all required details..
Quarterly / Half yearly / yearly Performance appraisal and reporting on non performers / poor performers to Management on quarterly basis.
At least one visit fortnightly to Site for verifying the records and controlling deviation of HR Policies and its implementation & submitting visit report to management on next day.
Co-ordination of various activities with Site including ensuring all arrangements for various developmental / welfare activities.
Implementation of pay roll software and Bio-metrics / Face Reader at Site & Corporate Office.
Co-ordinating, finalizing and issuing KRA & KPI for key positions along with PLR (where ever applicable).
Conducting exit interviews and its feedback and confirmation of services as per the laid down SOPs.
Preparation of full and final settlement in case of leaving of an employee.
Implementing suggestions on external HR Audit.
Updating of HR policies quarterly.
Liaison with government/semi government department such as PF, labour court, factory inspectors, etc. and handling of legal issues.
Upgrading existing system for improved working of HR & Admin functions.
Ensure proper record & timely disbursement of salary & wages , OT, LLB/LLR, leave encashment, loan & advances, F&F settlement, Bonus, LTA etc.
Work on Group Personal Accident (GPA) data on monthly basis to insurance company.
Ensure all the statutory compliances, required return filing timely, having no penalty.
Checking & Passing monthly Mobile, Hotel bills, Trainer bills, Tickets, Driver & Peon expenses & handover to accounts department for payment before due date after approval of CEO.
Complete PMS as per laid down procedure in April, finalize the increment for staff as well as contract workmen & ensure revised salary payment , effect given in the month of May every year.
Get approval for Calendar year Holiday list & take approval from management before circulating to Site / Corporate Office in last week of December.
Do proper handholding of non performer & ensure golden handshake.
Submission of daily, weekly, monthly & yearly HR MIS of Site & HO.
Initiating efforts for inculcating ownership, manpower attrition control & higher employee satisfaction through effective & timely handling of employee grievances & regular handholding of new joinee.
To develop and maintain relationship with HODs to understand their training and development requirements and plan training calendar accordingly.
To drive employee to be adaptive towards good practices, taking & maintain team-work
