Position Overview

The Senior HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of employee life-cycle processes, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, and supporting employee engagement initiatives. The role requires strong coordination with functional heads, corporate HR to maintain HR standards aligned with organizational goals.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Onboarding

· Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, sales, and support roles.

· Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

· Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and campus drives.

· Schedule interviews and manage offer rollouts.

· Conduct employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.

HR Operations & Administration

· Maintain employee records (physical and HRMS) accurately.

· Manage attendance, leave, and shift schedules.

· Prepare and process payroll inputs in coordination with the accounts/payroll team.

· Handle transfers, confirmations, and separations (exit interviews, F&F).

· Ensure timely updating of HR dashboards and MIS reports.

Statutory Compliance

· Ensure compliance with labour laws – PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.

· Maintain statutory registers and coordinate with consultants/auditors.

· Support factory/dealership inspections and audits.

Training & Development

· Identify training needs in coordination with line managers.

· Assist in organizing technical, behavioral, and compliance training programs.

· Maintain training calendars and attendance records.

Employee Engagement & Welfare

· Organize employee welfare and engagement initiatives (birthday celebrations, festivals, R&R programs).

· Support grievance handling and ensure a positive workplace culture.

· Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and suggest improvements.

Performance Management

· Assist in implementing the PMS process as per corporate HR timelines.

· Coordinate appraisal data collection and ensure completion within deadlines.

HR Audits & Reporting

· Prepare monthly HR reports – manpower, attrition, training hours, and compliance.

· Support internal and external HR audits and ensure timely closure of observations.

Key Skills & Competencies

· Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance.

· Hands-on experience with HRMS tools (Zoho, GreytHR, Spine, SAP, etc.).

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Analytical, detail-oriented, and process-driven approach.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: MBA / PGDM in HR, MSW, or relevant HR qualification.
  • Experience: 2–4 years in HR, preferably in the automobile.
  • Language Proficiency: English, Hindi, and local language.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹40,236.05 per month
