Location: Goregaon East

Salary: 25,000 per month

Working Days: 6 days a week

Shift Timings: Rotational shifts

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our culinary team. The CDP will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting the Head Chef in ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to company standards.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards in the kitchen.
  • Monitor stock levels, place requisitions, and reduce wastage.
  • Support and guide Commis Chefs and kitchen assistants when required.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure timely food service during operations.
  • Follow rotational shift schedules and adapt to peak business hours.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a CDP in a professional kitchen.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts and weekends.
