Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a technically skilled and forward-thinking professional to lead the Automation vertical, focusing on SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) and IoT (Internet of Things) systems across city infrastructure. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining automation frameworks for smart utilities, energy systems, water networks, and building services. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in industrial automation, smart city platforms, and real-time monitoring systems, with a strong understanding of cybersecurity, interoperability, and data analytics.

Preferred candidate profile

1.Act as the technical authority and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Automation. Develop and implement strategic automation systems aligned with company objectives and project requirements.

2.Lead the design and deployment of SCADA systems for real-time monitoring, control, and diagnostics across city infrastructure.

3.Architect IoT frameworks for smart metering, predictive maintenance, and asset tracking across utilities and services.

  1. Integrate automation systems with BIM, GIS, and digital twin platforms for holistic infrastructure management.

5.Ensure cybersecurity, data integrity, and compliance with national and international standards.

6.Collaborate with engineering, ICT, and planning teams to ensure seamless interoperability and data exchange.

7.Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and value engineering for automation systems.

8.Oversee vendor selection, system commissioning, and lifecycle maintenance of automation platforms.

9.Drive innovation in edge computing, sensor networks, and AI-based automation for smart city applications.

10.Represent the organization in technical discussions with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies.

11.Ensure all automation systems comply with statutory regulations and permitting requirements in Mumbai and Maharashtra.
