Eligibility: Only candidates with prior experience in the travel industry will be considered.

Role Overview:
Were looking for high-performing Business Development Executives to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and agent engagement. This is a high-ownership role working directly with the leadership team in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B travel agents
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Identify and acquire new partners in untapped markets
Collaborate across teams (finance, product, marketing) to improve offerings
Handle agent issues and ensure high customer satisfaction
Host regional events and meetups
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity
Represent the company at trade events
Desired Profile:
Strong B2B sales and account management experience
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Prior experience in travel or startups preferred
Willing to travel as needed
Entrepreneurial mindset with a process-driven approach
