We are expanding our Product Operations function and are seeking a
Product Operations Associate
to join our growing team in Bangalore, India. The position involves working in rotational shifts aligned with Indian Standard Time (IST).

Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily operations related to trade reconciliation and settlements.
  • Manage various validator accounts and ensure timely resolution of issues within defined TAT.
  • Handle client inquiries related to transactions, reporting, and data clarifications.
  • Support the on-chain data operations related to billing and reporting.
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements and automation within operational workflows.

Required:

  • 1+ years of relevant full-time experience in a finance-centric or operations role.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL or data querying tools is an advantage.
  • Strong work ethic, ownership mindset, and team collaboration skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication (both written and verbal).
