Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team at Ramsons Perfumes, Dombivli. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in accounting processes, proficient in Tally ERP, and capable of maintaining accurate financial records to ensure smooth and compliant financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals.
  • Handle day-to-day accounting transactions including invoicing, receipts, payments, and vendor settlements.
  • Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and account balances.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
  • Prepare and file GST returns and other statutory taxes.
  • Ensure statutory compliance with applicable financial and tax regulations.
  • Assist in preparing financial and management reports.
  • Coordinate with auditors and provide required documentation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate data entry in Tally ERP and perform data verification.
  • Adhere to company accounting standards and policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar accounting role.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP software is mandatory.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
