Role & responsibilities

Customer Service & Communication

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Process customer orders, track shipments, and update customers on delivery status.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Support resolution of product-related issues in coordination with quality and technical teams.
  • Prepare and share regular reports on customer service metrics and order status.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.

Order & Inventory Management

  • Process customer orders and coordinate with production and logistics teams.
  • Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability and timely dispatch.
  • Flag low stock situations and coordinate replenishment with SCM team.

Demand Coordination

  • Collaborate with sales and planning teams to understand demand forecasts.
  • Align customer orders with production schedules and supply plans.
  • Support demand analysis and reporting for key accounts.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and inventory movements.
  • Generate reports on order status, inventory levels, and customer service metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Graduate in any discipline or BE/BTech
  • 49 years of experience in customer service, Support, Order Management preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup
  • Experience with order management and customer coordination
