Role & responsibilities
Customer Service & Communication
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Process customer orders, track shipments, and update customers on delivery status.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Support resolution of product-related issues in coordination with quality and technical teams.
- Prepare and share regular reports on customer service metrics and order status.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
Order & Inventory Management
- Process customer orders and coordinate with production and logistics teams.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability and timely dispatch.
- Flag low stock situations and coordinate replenishment with SCM team.
Demand Coordination
- Collaborate with sales and planning teams to understand demand forecasts.
- Align customer orders with production schedules and supply plans.
- Support demand analysis and reporting for key accounts.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and inventory movements.
- Generate reports on order status, inventory levels, and customer service metrics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in any discipline or BE/BTech
- 49 years of experience in customer service, Support, Order Management preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup
- Experience with order management and customer coordination
