Position: Business Analyst (Only immediate joiners)

Poonam:

Requisites:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· 2. 5 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with hands-on experience in system architecture/design.

· Experience in Business requirements document & Functional requirements document is highly preferred.

· Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

· Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Lucid , and wireframing tools like Figma/Balsamiq.

· Knowledge of database structures, APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.

· Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing discussions and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities:

· Gather and analyze business, functional, and technical requirements from stakeholders.

· Translate business requirements into detailed system architecture and design documents.

· Design logical, scalable, and secure architectures for web and mobile applications.

· Collaborate with development and UI/UX teams to ensure architecture aligns with functional goals.

· Create wireframes, workflows, data flow diagrams, and system integration maps.

· Bridge the gap between business and technology teams, ensuring shared understanding.

· Oversee system specifications, API documentation, and integration planning.

· Support QA and development teams during implementation and post-deployment validation.

· Recommend technical improvements and system enhancements.
