Sr. Consultant

The Sr. Consultant plays a key role in opportunity identification, solution conceptualization, requirements documentation, and benefits realization for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify improvement opportunities by conducting process studies, assessments, and design thinking sessions.
Understand clients' business processes and IT landscape to propose transformative solutions.
Engage with stakeholders, obtain buy-in for proposed solutions, and manage requirements documentation.
Liaise with development teams, support UAT, and ensure realization of estimated benefits.
Other Responsibilities:
Convert solutions into high-impact case studies and client testimonials.
Provide reports and MIS inputs to CoE teams for tracking and analysis.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate + MBA from reputed A & B-category schools (BE/B.Tech from Grade A engineering colleges preferred).
5+ years' experience in a technology role; minimum 2 years post-MBA in RPA/Cognitive Automation.
Strong process domain knowledge and experience in business process automation/workflow tools.
RPA certifications (Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, or Work Fusion) preferred.
Must have knowledge of RPA concepts, ROI/business case analysis; exposure to lean/six sigma, machine learning, and basic programming (.Net/C#/PLSQL) is a plus.
Ability to propose value-driven solutions, excellent articulation & presentation skills.
Networking, mentoring, and ability to interact with senior stakeholders (CxOs).
Willingness to travel as required.
Note: Robotics Process Automation (RPA) experience is mandatory.
