Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a ServiceNow Sr Developer based in Bengaluru, with some work from home flexibility. The ServiceNow Sr Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. Day-to-day tasks include customizing and building applications, integrating with other systems, handling ServiceNow configurations, and ensuring optimal platform performance. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in ServiceNow Development, ServiceNow Configuration, and Application Customization
  • Experience in JavaScript, AngularJS, and other web technologies
  • Skills in integrating ServiceNow with other IT systems and tools
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices and ITSM processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
