About the Role

WebSenor is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with 1+ years of experience who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. If you have a passion for understanding business flows, gathering requirements, and ensuring seamless project execution — we'd love to meet you

Key Responsibilities (JD)

  • Conduct requirement-gathering sessions with clients and internal teams.
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into clear functional & technical specifications.
  • Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and workflow diagrams.
  • Work closely with development & QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented accurately.
  • Assist in project planning, sprint support, and documentation.
  • Evaluate existing processes and provide data-driven improvement suggestions.
  • Identify risks, dependencies & ensure timely escalation when required.
  • Support UAT, collect feedback, and ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Maintain strong communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies & requirement-gathering techniques.
  • Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to create process flows, wireframes, and detailed reports.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA, Trello, Figma, MS Office, etc. (preferred).
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
